      • Resolve the cutover source without pulling mutable metadata and add an optional --source-image recovery path that pins verified stopped zero-task runtimes through Docker version fencing.
      • Serialize Cloudly cutover operations with service lifecycle mutations to prevent concurrent runtime changes.
      • Preserve immutable owned runtime images for configuration-only service replacements and pull when only the registry changes.
