modelprofile.com MCP tools
modelprofile.com publishes local MCP servers that give coding agents better coordination and better operational awareness.
Issue Reporting and Security
For reporting bugs, issues, or security vulnerabilities, please visit community.foss.global/. This is the central community hub for all issue reporting. Developers who sign and comply with our contribution agreement and go through identification can also get a code.foss.global/ account to submit Pull Requests directly.
The current released set covers two distinct jobs:
| Server | Current release | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
@modelprofile.com/crossharness-mcp |
3.0.0 |
Find, read, and continue Claude Code, OpenCode, and Codex sessions for a project |
@modelprofile.com/system-mcp |
1.1.0 |
Check host headroom, explain accumulating artifacts, and reclaim only explicitly named safe paths |
Both servers speak MCP over stdio. They can be registered in Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, or another MCP-capable client.

Workflows
The reference pages answer “what does this tool accept?” The workflow pages answer “in what order should I use the tools?”
Info
The Info section is a durable operator notebook. It records incidents and repairs that are useful beyond one chat, including the observed symptom, scope, diagnosis, narrowly targeted repair, verification, rollback, and primary sources.
Its first note documents the Ubuntu 24.04 AppArmor profile required by bubblewrap, which can otherwise prevent sandboxed commands—including patch operations—from starting.
Documentation basis
These pages describe released source, not remembered behavior. The exact MCP and renderer revisions are listed in Source revisions. Current status states the supported surface and the boundaries that are not yet part of this site.
