feat(image): add progressive JPEG generation support

- Add convertPDFToJpegBytes method for progressive JPEG images
- Integrate @push.rocks/smartjimp for true progressive encoding
- Update readme with comprehensive documentation
- Update legal section to Task Venture Capital GmbH
