  Fixes

  • update webrequest to 4.3.1 to restore Chromium HTTP/1.1 TypedRequest uploads
    • Keeps buffered browser request bodies out of streaming upload mode so OpsServer login works over HTTP/1.1.
  • bump pnpm to 11.23.0 (deps)
    • Updates packageManager from pnpm@11.22.0 to pnpm@11.23.0.
  • extract release notes by version number suffix (release)
    • Matches changelog headings using the version_number output instead of the full version string.
    • Stops extraction at the next changelog heading to keep release notes scoped to the current version.
