    Features

    • move the ops UI to @design.estate/dees-catalog 10 and @serve.zone/catalog 4 (dashboard)
      • Bumps @design.estate/dees-catalog from ^9.8.0 to ^10.0.0 and, in the same step, @serve.zone/catalog from ^3.0.2 to ^4.0.0, whose 4.0.0 major is exactly this catalog move. Both must travel together: on mismatched ranges the two packages resolve two physical copies of the catalog, and since custom elements are registered globally, the second copy's customElements.define aborts the page with NotSupportedError.
      • A rejected dees-table row action or dees-modal menu action is now shown to the operator instead of vanishing as an unhandled rejection: catalog 10 dispatches dees-action-error and, uncancelled, renders the error message in a dees-toast. The ops views that already catch their own validation errors and toast them are unchanged and do not double-report, because they never reject.
      • No view needed a call-site migration. dcrouter uses none of the surfaces 10.0.0 removed (dees-hint's warn/critical/position, dees-input-searchselect, dees-search, dees-tooltip) and binds no dees-input-text type, so every collected form value keeps the string shape the parsers already expect.
