  Fixes

  • declare Web Push binding and spool id fields as immutable document identities backed by their existing web_push_binding_id_unique and web_push_spool_id_unique indexes (@lossless.org/client 1.2.0). The migration-created index topology, stored member sets, and ObjectId primary keys remain unchanged. Admission retains its compound { bindingId, lifecycleGeneration } unique index; its atomic deletion is fenced by both keys without a single-field identity. Persistence tests cover these guarantees.
