    Fixes

    • Return which reconciler owns a DNS record (ops API). getDnsRecords and getDnsRecord left out managedBy, managedOwnerId and managedRecordKey, which IDnsRecord already declared, so every record read as operator-owned, including records a gateway route owns and removes when the route is deleted. They now carry the three fields when a reconciler owns the record and omit them for operator and provider records, so an operator can tell the records a route deletion will remove from their own. The MCP dcrouter_list_dns_records summaries carry managedBy and managedOwnerId (smartmcp redacts any field named like a key, so managedRecordKey is left out there); gateway client DNS record reads keep the IGatewayDnsRecord shape, which has no ownership fields.
