  Fixes

  • pnpm run notices:binary and pnpm run check:binary-notices find the server-side packages in Deno's npm cache again. Since deno.lock records no tarball URL, scripts/binary-notices.ts looked for mariadb, denque, lru-cache and @clickhouse/client below registry.npmjs.org, while Deno files them below the host of the registry the project's .npmrc names, so the notices of a v33.1.0 build failed with "The embedded package mariadb is not in Deno's npm cache". The notices and binary/verify-runtime-cache.mjs now read the registry through one module, binary/npm-registry.mjs, which refuses an .npmrc that names anything but one bare HTTPS registry origin and an npm registry environment that disagrees with it. The release workflow's notices step now uses the pinned Deno 2.9.7 and the DENO_DIR the binary was compiled from ($HOME/.deno-dir-release); it ran with the runner's default Deno cache. v33.1.0 has no Gitea release; 33.1.1 is the first release that publishes the per-target third-party notices beside the binaries.
