  Fixes

  • report accepted Spark heartbeats as connected in Cloudly
    • Keep connecting as a local in-flight state while reporting connected in heartbeat payloads that Cloudly can accept and persist.
    • Mark collection, transport, and rejection failures as failed locally.
    • Add regression coverage for the first and subsequent accepted heartbeats.
