@skyglide.com/landingpage

The public skyglide.com landing-page web component. Skyglide gives members a private network for their devices across participating locations: each location runs a router that puts a member's devices into their own network when they join the skyglide.com Wi-Fi, and traffic between locations and to the internet passes through the Skyglide cloud, which routes it, keeps members apart and inspects it. New users sign up and pay with PayPal on the skyglide.com_guest Wi-Fi. This package renders the one-page website that explains it. It is a source and release boundary, not a standalone service: it ships no server, and the app that serves https://skyglide.com is not decided yet.

Install

The package is not published to npm yet; releases only tag this repository.

Usage

Importing the package registers <skyglide-landing>. The links the page uses are a property, so a consuming app can replace any of them.

import { defaultSkyglideLandingLinks } from '@skyglide.com/landingpage';

const landing = document.createElement('skyglide-landing');
landing.links = {
  ...defaultSkyglideLandingLinks,
  home: 'https://skyglide.com/',
};
document.body.append(landing);

The page follows the DeesElement theme, which follows the system's light or dark appearance.

Content

The page states only what the Skyglide architecture and implementation plan states. It names no prices, device limits, pass durations, locations, launch dates, customer quotes, third-party logos or figures: prices appear as "Prices to be announced" until they are decided. It does not link to the signup portal, the member portal or the operator console, which do not exist yet. Change the plan first, then the page.

Repository links point at repository roots: code.foss.global sends anonymous visitors of file and issue views to its sign-in page.

Development

pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
pnpm test
pnpm pack
